P M TR P IIII COS III P P / S - C Elagabalus standing front, head to left, sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar with his right hand and holding cypress-branch in his left; in field to right, star. BMC 449 var. (differing bust and with star in left field). Cohen 203 var. (with bull behind altar). RIC 325 var. (differing bust type). Very rare. Rough, otherwise, good fine.
